Manual takes no details at charge time. The gateway mints a reference and returns it in next_action.reference; the customer quotes that when they pay out of band. Depositor name, bank, slip number and the proof upload are collected afterwards — on the hosted checkout's evidence form, or by an operator in the manual queue — and it is the operator confirming it that settles the charge.
